Watch with your ears! As a culmination of the SOUND & NARRATIVE Workshop of Cinedans LAB, composer and sound designer Han Otten gives a lecture on concept and narrative development of sound for dance films. How does sound navigate attention and when does film turn into a more physical experience? The session will include exemplary dance film excerpts, as well as full films with some of the best sound concepts that have been shown at Cinedans FEST over the years. 

Han Otten is a composer for films, dance recitals and television. He worked with well known artists like Boris Paval Conen, Jiří Kylián and Krizstina de Châtel.
