Filmed within the stunning South Australian landscape, The Circadian Cycle draws upon the choreography from Australian Dance Theatre’s award-winning mainstage work 'The Beginning of Nature' by choreographer Garry Stewart.

What do you do when the one you love turns against you? In this supernatural sci-fi dance film, society is in total turmoil. A lethal struggle unfolds when some have obtained mysterious HAEX powers, handing them remote control of objects’ and people’s movements.

The masses and the intoxication they can inspire are the subject of exploration in this semi-single-take video, shot in a Paris hangar with a crowd of 40 amateur dancers. As the choreography confronts the individual with the movements of the crowd, we observe how he resists or immerses himself.

Through testimonials of victims of the liberal gun market system, a young dancer expresses his rage. The loss of his loved ones and the vicious spiral he is locked into, push him to play with fire. He becomes the scar of these sacrificed lives, their memories, their words, engraved forever in the curse of number 21.

Inspired by female superheroes like Lara Croft and Nadia Comăneci, LADIA explores themes of effort, pain and exhaustion. It portrays the struggle of many contemporary women who have to constantly overcome themselves while hiding the scars of their fight.

Departures tells the story of Giralda, an undertaker who accompanies deceased human beings into their afterlife. Interpreted with the means of Spanish flamenco dance and music, and set at an old East German ship canal lift, the film creates an associative fusion between Northern and Southern Europe, movement and silence, farewell and eternity.

'The Only Thing You See Now', is an intimate duet filmed in the early morning hours on a dock along the Seattle waterfront. Dancers Miles Pertl and Leah Terada create a moving tableau, seeking balance on unsteady ground, in an uncertain time.
