Based on the theater performance GAKA and inspired by the Japanese kagura, a ritual in which the sun goddess is tempted to come out of her cave. In this film version of GAKA, Tomoko Mukaiyama transforms the energy that is almost tangible in the performance into a new experience that is just as unforgettable.

Choreographer Nicole Beutler created a poetic dance film with thirteen dancers and 26 wooden rings, paying tribute to the forces of nature and a slower pace. In dialogue with the wind and tides on the beach of West-Terschelling, it creates space for beauty, solace and a new healing balance. A meditative ritual about togetherness in a time of social distancing.

Jesse is in the car with his girlfriend Chloe, driving back from a party. Suddenly, they violently hit the brakes when a large glowing red object appears in front of them on the road. The beginning of a journey through Jesse's mind, sparked by a deeply repressed desire. 

A fully improvised film by Lucinda Wessels and Cigdem Polat inspired by the book ‘Lucid Dreaming’ about ideas and experiences of dream healing. Filmed and edited by upcoming filmmaker CJ Perez who created a subsequently cinematic feel to the narrative.
