Meet the Jury of FEST ’20

We’re delighted to announce the esteemed members of our 2020 jury.

SELM WENSELAERS is dramaturg, producer and curator. Whether it is writing, theater, art, performance, dance, documentary or heritage, their work revolves around stories. Selm’s lense is historical and anthropological with a special focus on underlying relationships. As cultural producer, their strengths lie in connecting people to create cultural projects.

AZU NWAGBOGU is the founder and director of the African Artists’ Foundation (AAF) and dedicated to the promotion and development of contemporary African arts and artists. He founded the National Art Competition in Nigeria and is the director of Art Base Africa, an online journal focusing on contemporary art from Africa and its Diaspora. Additionally, Azu is the director of LagosPhoto, an annual international photography festival that he founded in 2010. He lives and works in Lagos.

MARINE BRUTTI is one-third of the French artist’s collective (La) Horde. What started as a collective became a post-Internet dance phenomenon and is currently leading the National Ballet of Marseille. Marine, together with Jonathan Debrouwer and Arthur Harel, works on choreographic creations, movies, video installations and performances around dance.
